In this two-day course, you’ll learn how to establish team and technical agility to organize and reorganize around the flow of value. Practice the skills to support and execute PI Planning events. Explore why it’s critical to adopt a customer-centric mindset and Design-Thinking approach to Agile Product Delivery. Discover how to better align strategy and execution by successfully implementing Lean portfolio management within your enterprise.

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) certification exam:
• More than 5 years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
• Experience in Scrum
After you complete the course successfully, you will have to pass the exam in order to get your official SAFe 5 Agilist Certificate.

Exam Details:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Number of Questions: 45
- Passing Score: 35/45
- Question Format: Multiple Choice / Multiple Select
- Delivery: Closed Book / Web-based / Time Limited.
- Exam Fees: First time is included in the course registration fee if taken within 30 days of course completion. Each retake or attempt past the 30-day window is $50

Attendees must attend both days of the course to be eligible to take the exam.
About Ragia Abuelfadl:
Ragia is an experienced hands-on agile coach who has been driving the transformation in some big organizations as being part of Delivery Excellence Function. She helped teams to adopt Agility and DevOps practices @ scale. Throughout Ragia's career that started back in 2010 as a full-stack developer for 6 years, where she sensed "what does true Agility means" to persuade her career in that area supporting teams to apply agile practices both on a team level as well as on a scaled/enterprise level where she used SAFe, Kanban, Scrum & DevOps practices @ Scale. Ragia is holding a masters degree in quality of open-source development. She is also a certified Scrum master, Certified Agile Coach, and Certified SAFe Program Consultant “SPC” where she can lead and scale an enterprise transformation applying SAFe methodology.

About Mahmoud Ghoz:
Mahmoud is an agile practitioner who has a sum of 19 years of experience coaching and delivering complex IT, web and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, he has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 10 years to transform teams and help them scale the right way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies.
Ghoz is a self-motivated agile practitioner who can see the complete value stream throughout the product life cycle. Being eager to transform teams and organizations to adopt the agility mindset, he has pursued professional accreditation from Scrum Alliance, the most well-known agile professionals community worldwide. In addition, Ghoz is a certified Scrum at Scale Practitioner "CSaSP", Scrum Developer "CSD" and Product Owner "CSPO".
On the other hand, Ghoz is an Authorized Instructor from ICAgile, Certified SAFe Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, and Authorized Kanban Trainer from Kanban University.
